WEEK 26: “An Early Rise And A Non-Stop Day”
- 7am: Long black coffee, 20 gram glutamine and 250ml of my homemade green smoothie from the Woman Incredible Look Great Naked Smoothie Collection
- 8am: Bikram Yoga class
- 10am: Goats cheese and chia scramble. 1 green apple
- 11am: Another long black, with cream this time
- 2pm: About 120 grams of leftover roast beef, and some cold leftover pan fried veggies with butter on them (from the cooking)
- 5pm: Another 50 or 60 grams of the beef
- 8pm: 1/4 of a large organic roast chicken with chopped tomatoes, green olives and basil, 1 small piece of roast sweet potato, a little bit of cheddar cheese.
- Additional: 2 glasses of Pinot and 1 mini Loving Earth Coconut Mylk chocolate heart.
