- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons of desicated coconut
- ½ cup frozen organic berries, plus an additional ¼ cup for topping
- ¼ cup plain almond milk (or rice)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Whisk all ingredients together
Fry in an oiled pan over medium heat
Serve with plain yoghurt and some additional berries on top.
