Coconut Mint Smoothie

First, make ice cubes from coconut cream or milk. Just pour a tin’s worth into 2 trays.


  • 6 coconut cream ice cubes
  • 1 cup of cooling tea (I love Yogi tea as it tastes sweet, but any nice herbal tea is fine)
  • 1/2 a lime
  • Fresh mint
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao
  • Stevia if you choose


Blend! If you want to make it like a ‘slushy’, put it in the freezer for a bit after blending, and then mash up.
