Kat’s Homemade Trail Mix


  • 200 grams raw organic almonds
  • Coconut flesh from 2 coconuts (you can just use shredded coconut if you can’t be bothered opening a coconut!)
  • Good handful cacao nibs.


I put the almonds in the oven first. After they’ve roasted for 10 minutes (with some good quality oil and pink salt) I add the coconut and nibs, and roast for another 10. Mix it all together first. You can add cinnamon after wards to serve.

Did you know? 

This is so amazing by itself instead of sugar (chocolate!), as a mini ‘cereal’, or on top of yoghurt. Who said you need sweet stuff to beat cravings?!
