I used to think that being in great shape was something you could only do for a special event, or for a period of time. I thought that nobody could really maintain the body they wanted year-round, and I think I even thought that trying to do so was a bit ‘wrong’. Boy was I wrong!

These days I effortlessly maintain a lean physique year round, and the best part is I can do it without sacrificing huge amounts of time, energy, money or enjoyment!

Let’s just have a bit of honesty right off the bat here.

It’s okay to want to look sexy and hot and feel confident and proud of your body. ‘Vanity’ is not a naughty word, and nor is looking great something to pretend you don’t truly pine for just because you either think you can’t have it or else you have a little voice telling you not to be so shallow.

I used to think that way as well, back when a part of me thought that maybe I would never be able to get ‘there’.

It’s time to be loud and proud about what you want. To stop simply ‘hoping’ you can get a bit leaner for the next holiday season. To stop pretending your main or only motivation is to ‘improve your health and your energy’. To stop justifying the fact that you haven’t truly given it your all with platitudes like ‘I don’t want to get too obsessive’, or ‘it’s not as though I could ever be that lean’ or by saying you’d be happy just to lose a few kilos.

It’s time to call BS on the BS, and make a clear and determined stand on what you want.

And then run like the freaking wind to make it happen.

Here’s the thing; the truth about creating the body of your dreams.

Most women who want to change their body want to do so not solely because of the physical transformations they want to achieve but also because they recognise that in changing their body, they change their life.

They create confidence. Self-belief. Empowerment. A sense, perhaps, that if they can do this then they can do anything.

All true. All very very valid. All part of why I’m all about the saying ‘change your body, change your life’.

But don’t forget this –

IT’S O-FREAKING-KAY TO WANT TO LOOK AS WELL AS FEEL HOT!

It’s okay to admit you’d just love to have a flat tummy. Get rid of those saddlebags. Feel proud and sexy in a singlet top or pretty dress.

We all want that stuff! We all want to feel that the body we walk around in represents the efforts we make as well as our personal beliefs about how we live our lives; what’s important to us.

I know all about the struggle to both fully define your body goals as well as to stay on track, motivated and accountable.

It haunted me for years. A combination of fear, poor self-belief, uncertainty and overwhelm. Often feeling as though I didn’t know where to start. Trapped in self-destructive behaviour. Sucked into days off track after a night or weekend out. Lacking in the right structure, support and systems to make my dreams a reality.

I’d veer back and forth between being so close to my goals that I could taste them (and occasionally even getting there!), to finding myself way off track again. Lost and frustrated, and often not even really knowing how that happened.

I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just commit and follow through.

I didn’t realise that I had never been shown the big picture, that it wasn’t just about knowing what to eat or how to train but also about knowing how to make it work for me in a step-by-step and actionable way and also about paying due respect to the mindset and emotions of creating your dream body.

In the end, it came down to this.

I got to a point where enough was enough. I stopped listening to numerous different viewpoints and chopping and changing what I was doing. I found a coach who had created in their life what I wanted to create in my life. I followed a step-step-plan on food, training, mindset + emotions. I learned how to let go of fears and beliefs that were holding me back, and how to deal with self-sabotaging behaviour.

It was important enough to me to learn how to be able to live in my dream body for life and so I relentlessly pursued the right knowledge, motivation, systems and support to do so.

So yes, I definitely care about how I look, and you know what? Even though I most definitely was not out of shape in the first pics I was not feeling comfortable about myself, nor proud of how I was treating my body. My training, nutrition, and my mindset weren’t at the level I knew they could be and the biggest driving factor for me in embarking on my photo-shoot journey was to feel proud about myself.

I’m really busy! How much time will all of this take? Is it going to be complicated to figure out or implement?

The beauty of The Look Great Naked Bootcamp is that you can give it as much or as little time as you choose. The workouts are designed to be done in as little as 2 hours per week (and can be done 100% from home, I have programs for you to choose for either home or gym, or both). And I show you how to do all your healthy cooking for the week in as little as a couple of hours as well! Each week I give you some powerful transformation work for your creating a positive mindset of success, and you can either spend a few minutes a day on that or about half an hour each week.

The content itself will take you about half an hour each week to devour and from there it’s up to you. Some of my bootcamp beauties are on the forum sharing and chatting and getting support nearly all day every day (it’s a pretty cool forum!) and others jump in when they have a question. Even the live teleseminars are recorded so if you prefer you can listen to them whilst driving.

This bootcamp has been designed so that you can take what you need from it, and YOU get to control how much time you want to put in on a week to week basis.

I haven’t done much exercise and I don’t have a lot of time for it. Will I still get results or is it just for fit gym junkies?

It is absolutely not just for fit people or gym queens! Whilst I love training in the gym I also have days where I can’t or don’t want to go, and so I train from home. In fact, although I said ‘as little as 2 hours per week training’ above, I also give you a 10-minutes a day option! And my programs offer regressions and progressions so that you can start them as a complete beginner or you can be challenged and push some limits if you are a gym junkie.

All of my Sculpting programs have a video overview so you can be sure of the correct technique as well.

I am intolerant to certain foods and have to be careful what I eat. Will your program work for me?

I steer clear of some of the most common intolerant foods on my meal plans. But even if there’s foods you can’t eat or don’t like to eat, I always make sure you have other options. An important part of my meal plans is the variety I use and I make it a must to ensure that my meal plans can be adapted to suit your allergies or intolerance needs as well as your likes and dislikes. The results are in following the principles behind the meal plans and I show you exactly how to do that.

What if I don’t like the food? What if I get really hungry on your program? Is it about calorie restriction?

I am what I would call ‘calorie aware’ not ‘calorie obsessed’. By this I mean that whilst I take calories and food quantity into consideration I don’t ask you to count calories and nor am I overly rigid with food portions. I make it a rule with each week’s meal plan to give options for how to adjust if you are getting hungrier or if you’re not very hungry. What I found happened in the first round is a lot of the bootcamp beauties were feeling their metabolism kick in and their appetite pick up within a few days and so I had systems in place to adapt the meal plans on an individual basis.

Who should not do the bootcamp?

The Look Great Naked Bootcamp is not for you if you’re after a quick-fix diet rather than a lifestyle change. I will not tolerate whiners or a ‘but I’ve tried everything’ approach. If you’d tried everything you’d have the results you want.

Can I do it if pregnant or breastfeeding?

Pregnant and breastfeeding women are able to participate in the bootcamp with the clearance of their primary health practitioner, and some adjustments may be made.

What if I’m vegetarian or vegan?

The nutrition component is adjustable to vegetarians. I do not cater for a vegan diet, however you may be able to make modifications and certainly will benefit from other aspects of the bootcamp as well!

Do I have to live in Australia?

No. This is a completely online bootcamp comprising video, audio and PDF content as well as a members-only area on my website. You can participate from anywhere in the world!

I’m going to be away some time in the 6 weeks from January 15, should I wait for the next round?

Not at all! You can keep the bootcamp material and stay in the forum for life, so you can do it in your own time. Many women will be doing this due to demanding schedules. The content will be delivered week by week but you can go at your own pace and certainly come back to it as well.

But I really have tried everything!
