A4: Side plank
A5: Burpee-push-up
A6: Alternate side lunhes
A7: Full body plank

Notes:

  • Do 20 reps of everything
  • Complete 4-8 total sets
  • Rest for 30-90 seconds between sets
  • Rest minimally between exercises
