A1: DB burpee squat press x 20 reps
A2: DB side to side step ups x 15
A3: Mountain climbers x 10 up and back
A4: Single DB side lunge x 20 each side
A5: Split squats x 15 each side
A6: Alt. side/front brace x 30 total moves

Notes:

  • Take 0-10 seconds rest between exercises
  • Take up to 60 seconds rest after each full set
