DB clean and press
Box jumps
Alternate dumbell lunges
Hanging leg raises
Twisting 1-arm supine pull up

Notes:

  • Aim for 4-6 sets
  • 10-15 reps of everything
  • Take 0-10 seconds rest between exercises
  • Take up to 60 seconds rest after each full set
