Metabolic Madness (Home) – Plyometric Workout


Jumping lunges 20 each leg
Clap push ups 12-20
Ren row burpee 10-12
Alternate BW step ups 40
Oblique reaches 40
BW bridge brace 2min+

 Notes:

  • Take 0-10 seconds rest between exercises
  • Do at least 4 sets, and up to 6
  • Take up to 60 seconds rest after each full set
  • Give yourself a huge pat on the back after this one, particularly if you stick with the rest times!
