Burn (Gym)


A1: DB squat press x 20
A2: DB incline press x 20
A3: DB 1-arm snatch x 10 each side
A4: DB 1-arm bent over row x 12 each side
A5: Burpees with jump x 20

Notes:

  • Aim for 4-6 sets
  • Take 0-10 seconds rest between exercises
  • Take up to 60 seconds rest after each full set
