Burn – Gym

Today is your gym ‘Burn’ session – a completely new circuit session for you to sweat it up to. Enjoy!


a1: front squats b/b
a2: bb b/over row
a3: box jumps side to side
a4: twisting garhammers
b1: sumo deads b/b
b2: split squats, back heel up
b3: DB squats
b4: db sit-ups

Notes:

  • Aim for 15-20 reps of each exercise
  • A total of 3-5 sets of everything
  • 10 seconds rest between each exercise in the set and then 60 seconds at the end of each full set
  • Use a controlled pace for each exercise
  • Have fun!
