Burn – Gym
Today is your gym ‘Burn’ session – a completely new circuit session for you to sweat it up to. Enjoy!
|a1: front squats b/b|
|a2: bb b/over row|
|a3: box jumps side to side|
|a4: twisting garhammers|
|b1: sumo deads b/b|
|b2: split squats, back heel up|
|b3: DB squats|
|b4: db sit-ups|
- Aim for 15-20 reps of each exercise
- A total of 3-5 sets of everything
- 10 seconds rest between each exercise in the set and then 60 seconds at the end of each full set
- Use a controlled pace for each exercise
