Metabolic Madness – Home

Today is your home ‘Metabolic’ session, and it’s a completely fresh circuit session. Get out there and smash it in your back yard or lounge! Perhaps even in your office as I do sometimes!


a1: KB swings
a2: squat and press KB or DB
a3: tricep push-ups
a4: lying leg raises
a5: DB sit-ups

Notes:

  • Aim for 15-20 reps of each exercise
  • A total of 6-8 sets
  • 10 seconds rest between each exercise in the set and then 60 seconds at the end of each full set
  • Have fun!
