Module 8 Shred Session
HIIT Session (High intensity interval training)
- Rower, treadmill, outdoor sprints, bike or x-trainer
- 2-3 warm up sets of 1 minute ‘work’ followed by 1 minute rest
- Followed by 8 rounds of 1 minute flat out intensity with a FULL 3 minutes recovery, in which you let your heart rate come right down again
- This one really creeps up on you so make sure you DO take that full rest time!
