Burn – Gym

Today is your gym ‘Burn’ session – a new module means a fresh new circuit to get you truly feeling the burn!


A1: BB front squats 10 reps 40X0
A1A: 2  x underhand pull-ups, wide grip
A2: Flat DB chest press 10 reps 31X0
A2A: 2 x underhand pull-ups, narrow grip
A3: Turkish get ups 8 reps each side controlled
A3A: 2  x underhand pull-ups, wide grip
A4: Full body jacknife 25 reps 2020
A4A: 2 x underhand pull-ups, narrow grip

Notes:

  • Take 10 seconds rest in between each exercise
  • Take 60 seconds rest after A4A ONLY
  • Aim for 4 sets total as a minimum, and up to 6
  • Go hard or go home! (:))
