Module One: Where Are You Now

Remember your top 2 each week is one gym or home Body Sculpt workout, plus either a Burn or Metabolic session. If you’re able to train 3 times rather than 2, the next priority would be adding another Body Sculpt workout. If you’re training 4 times, I’d add a second Burn, Metabolic or even a Shred session. And if you’re training 5 or more times you can pretty much follow the daily schedule!
