- Sliced organic cheddar cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 or 2T dried herbs – thyme, basil, parsley, etc
- 2t cumin
- 1t garlic powder
- Coconut oil, lard or butter
- 100ml milk
Soak chicken (filleted in thin halves first) in milk for 2-3 hours. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Serve with a fresh green salad.
Did you know?
Soaking meat in milk before cooking makes it very tender, which is great for kids and also if you’re going to save it as leftovers.
