Pyramids – Shred Session

  • Warm up with 2-3 rounds of 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off
  • 30 seconds ‘on, 30 seconds ‘off’
  • 45 on, 45 off
  • 60 on, 60 off
  • Continue up until 120, then work your way back down
  • In total this is 33 minutes not including warm up. A great session! You can go just up to 60 seconds then back down if you are pressed for time. Whichever figure you ‘peak’ on, you repeat before going back down
