sample meal plan 10 – Eating Clean, Living Lean

•            8.30am (slept in) – scrambled eggs with salmon, 2 black coffees

•            11am: pre-workout 25g BCAAs

•            12: post-workout 25g BCAAs

•            1pm: grilled lamb with greek salad, long black with cream and cinnamon

•            3.30pm: 1 lamb chop, some broccoli and celery

•            5pm: 25 grams BCAAs

•            5.30pm: ½ a nectarine with 2 tsp almond butter

•            8pm: 1/3 an entrée calamari, few olives, 300g eye fillet with broccolini, 2 polenta chips, 2 glasses organic shiraz (dinner out)

•            9.30pm: small bowl sheep yoghurt with shredded coconut, ¼ mango. Cup Yogi tea.
