Sample Meal Plan 13 – Post Workout Carbs!

  • 6am: 30 grams fibber in water, with 10 grams Woman Incredible glutamine
  • 630am: in car on way to office, about 120 grams of marinated kangaroo eye fillet, with 6 roasted cashew nuts
  • 730am: 2 long mac’s, pre-workout and while doing my writing
  • 10am: scrambled eggs, bacon, 1/2 an oven baked tomato and spinach. 1/2 a piece gluten free toast – I’ve started to have a little carbohydrate post workout. It’s an experiment.
  • 12: long black with cream on the side
  • 1: leftover mexian, home-made – chili con carne, with cold steamed broccoli and cucumber.
  • 1-3: possibly too many pecan nuts whilst in the office working
  • 4: about 60grams more of the kangaroo from this morning
  • 7pm: homemade beef burgers with fried egg, cheese, beetroot, very lightly dressed coleslaw
  • 9pm: small handful mixed nuts, Yogi Tea
