Shred Session 3

Ok, this one sounds easy but it’s tough!

It’s a gruelling sprint session.  Based on your 100m max minus about 20%, you need to sprint the following distances.

  • 400m
  • 350m
  • 300m
  • 250m
  • 200m
  • 150m
  • 100m

Reduce your recovery time by 15 seconds from what you were doing last shred session!
