Sweet Potato Protein Cake


  • 3/4 cup of cooked sweet potato (mashed/pureed)
  • 2 tbsp of psyllium husks
  • 3 egg whites
  • About 80ml water
  • 1 tbsp of Cacao Powder 
  • 3 tsp stevia
  • 2 scoops of Woman Incredible Whey Protein (all flavours work here!)
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar + ¼ tsp baking soda
  • nutmeg & cinnamon 2 taste!


Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius

Prepare cake tin with a light wipe of either organic butter or coconut oil, or baking paper if you prefer!

Bake for 20-30 mins (this will vary greatly depending on your oven, so keep an eye on them!)

Cut into squares and enjoy.
