Sweet Potato Protein Cake
- 3/4 cup of cooked sweet potato (mashed/pureed)
- 2 tbsp of psyllium husks
- 3 egg whites
- About 80ml water
- 1 tbsp of Cacao Powder
- 3 tsp stevia
- 2 scoops of Woman Incredible Whey Protein (all flavours work here!)
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar + ¼ tsp baking soda
- nutmeg & cinnamon 2 taste!
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius
Prepare cake tin with a light wipe of either organic butter or coconut oil, or baking paper if you prefer!
Bake for 20-30 mins (this will vary greatly depending on your oven, so keep an eye on them!)
Cut into squares and enjoy.
