Metabolic Madness

  • 75 kettlebell swings
  • 50 alternate lunges
  • 300 skips
  • 50 bent over rows
  • 50 dumbbell squat thrusters
  • 50 burpees
This is a quick but super intense workout. Time yourself & see how quickly you can get through it 🙂 … and then aim to beat it the next time! With this sort of workout the idea is not to do all reps of each exercise at once, but rather to just keep alternating and keep track of the numbers. So you can do as many as you can of one thing, and then move on. The order is also up to you.
