a2 dumbbell pullovers 12-15
b1 hamstring curl plantar flexed 8-10
b2 dumbell incline flyes 8-10
c1 dumbell squats 12-15
c2 bent over rear delts 12-15
d1 barbell front raises 10-12
d2 standing calf raises 15-20

  • Your goal is 2-4 sets
  • Rest 30 seconds between each exercise
