a3 burpees with jumps  fast 15-20
a4 turkish get ups  fast! 10 each side
a5 bridge brace  NA 60sec+
a6 100 skips  controlled 60sec

Notes:

  • Aim for 4-5 sets of everything (including warm up)
  • Just keep going – don’t give in to extra rest if you don’t truly need it!
