b4 sit-ups over ball  3010

Notes:

  • Shoot for 2-4 sets
  • 15-20 reps of everthing
  • Your rest time is 10 seconds after each ‘1’, ‘2’, or ‘3’ exercise and 30-120 seconds after each ‘4’ exercise
