Woman Incredible Platinum Mentoring – Your Questions Answered!

The doors to my exclusive VIP Platinum Mentoring and Gold Membership programs are officially open again for the first time in 12 months, and I’ve had a ton of questions about some of the details.

Firstly a quick thought! If you’re wanting daily know-how, motivation and support on training, nutrition, fat loss, hormones and, well, every aspect of making a lasting transformation, then you’re definitely going to want to sign up with the amazing 2013 deal I have for you as a Platinum Mentoring client or Gold Membership client – it’s less than half of normal price! Access is from TODAY, February 25th until March 26th, 2013 and then the doors will close again until much later this year.

For now though, here are some of your questions answered.

Q: What do the Daily Workouts involve? Who are they catered for? What if I’m not a gym member?

A: Daily Workouts will be a blend of gym, home, and outdoor training, and will cater to you whether you’re a beginner or a highly-conditioned fitness queen.

The workouts will be mostly filmed, and done so in a 2-minute overview style so that you can see how everything is done and there will be an explanation below each video.

The written outline will be available in print-friendly format or you can just save it to a special folder on your e-reader or phone.

As far as content, your Daily Workouts will be a blend of weight training for body sculpting and building lean muscle, metabolic fat loss workouts, results-based cardio sessions, ‘random’ sessions, and recovery/wind-down training.

Q: Will I need at-home equipment?

A: Some at-home workouts won’t need equipment, and some will.

Where equipment is involved it will be minimal. An example home set-up might be 1-2 kettebells, a skipping rope, a small step (i.e. one you have in the garden or house) and an adjustable dumbell kit.

You can train with less than this but as far as the philosophy of Woman Incredible goes there should be some strength training, so it’s worth investing in this basic set-up. I am working on discount options for you for these things!

Q: I have a bad back/knee/hip/shoulder/elbow. Will I be able to do your workouts?

A: You may need to make some modifications as you go, but you certainly won’t miss out. Included in your ‘notes on exercise’ (which you’ll receive within your welcome package), there will be instructions on modifying exercises based on common limitations or injuries. There are also some remedial and core workouts throughout your program.

Q: I’m pregnant or breastfeeding. Is it safe for me to follow your advice?

A: The workouts are not designed with pregnancy in mind, although that being said I did many of these workouts while pregnant and would do so again next time around!

It is up to you to discuss your limitations with your health care practitioner and decide what your comfortable with.

On the nutrition side of things – exactly the same. I ate this way while pregnant but again, you do need to discuss this sort of thing with your obstetrician or GP. Remember all of the meal plans and nutrition habits are a guide; you can make adjustments to suit your current situation. Feel free to contact me with specific concerns 🙂

Q: What if I want to revisit past material? I don’t want to have to hunt through hundreds of emails!

A: Every piece of content you receive as a Woman Incredible VIP Platinum Mentoring or Gold Membership client will also be summarised and added to the password-protected Platinum dashboard.

Q: Are you going to put me on a diet? Is it a no-carb diet?!

A: No. No diets. What we are going to do is create a lifestyle. Even better, it’s about learning what works for your body and how to be aware of your body’s changing needs over time. So it is not a one-size fits all approach.

Even though much of what you learn will be equally applicable to your fellow Platinum Mentoring or Gold Membership ladies a large part of what I coach you on is how to make basic principles work for you.

This entails (among other things) understanding the particular breakdown of protein, fats and carbs you need to be healthy and look and feel your best. Everyone is different and Platinum Mentoring in particular ensures we figure out what works for you. (PS: I never do no-carb nutrition plans :))

Q: I’m vegetarian. Will your program work for me?

A: Yes. You will definitely need to invest in a great organic grass-fed protein powder though, as you’re going to get sick of eggs as your main animal protein source. If you eat fish you will have more variety of course. Due to it’s high estrogenic effect and the fact that it is genetically modified I do not recommend frequent soy consumption.

The program is not specifically catered for vegetarians, so you will need to make substitutes where necessary, but it is definitely doable. And obviously if the workout, fat loss, and motivation side of things is of interest to you then you will definitely be getting your money’s worth.

Q: I’m vegan. Will your program work for me?

A: Sorry, but the nutritional component of either program does not cater to you as a vegan. That being said, many of the healthy treat and snack options ARE vegan-friendly, but no guarantees 🙂

Of course the training, motivation, and many of the transformation tools are till very relevant to you. You may like to go through the 1-month for $1 trial before making up your mind!

Q: I’m gluten-free and/or lactose-free. Will you cater to me?

A: Absolutely! While I don’t believe gluten is bad for everyone my experience has taught me that up to 75% of the Western World are better off without it. For this reason all meal plans and recipes (including treats) are gluten free. Even if you are fine with gluten there’s no harm in learning how many easy and amazing options there are for nutritious food sans gluten!

As for lactose, I do use and talk about raw and occasionally organic dairy, but it’s not something I would expect anyone to consume a lot of. Where used in recipes I will always offer a substitute.

Q: What if I want to work with you 1:1 as well?

A: As a VIP Platinum Mentoring client you will have priority access to jump my waiting list if you’d like to work with me e 1:1 for coaching.

Most of my current clients have already signed up for Platinum Mentoring and are going to continue to speak with me regularly for coaching.

Q: I’m heading away on a holiday am I able to freeze my mentorship whilst I’m away ?

A: Yes, if you’re going to be away for 3 weeks or longer all you need to do is let me know and I can pause your membership.  Once you’re back the emails and information will start right where it left off!
